Need for rabies vaccination.
Rabies is the most dreaded of all diseases that can be shared between humans and animals (zoonosis), with a death rate of almost 100% after onset. Japan has a Rabies Prevention Law ,which requires all dogs over 91 days of age to register and be vaccinated against rabies.
Registration" is once in a lifetime and is done at the time of the first rabies vaccination.The 'rabies vaccination' must also be given every fiscal year (April to March of the following year).The approximate time for the first rabies vaccination is around one month after the third vaccination.
